Full Body Circuit

Crank your training up a gear with our amazing Spin Classes.

Expect to sprint, climb and jump in pulsating rhythm with your fellow riders, while sweating to great tunes and being guided by an expert instructor.

Exercise at maximum intensity for 20 seconds, and pray you catch your breath in 10 seconds.

Using a variety of exercises at unique 2:1 rest ratio, our Tabata classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn.
